Everything you need to know about marketing your piece for the FoCo Fringe
The following forms are required From Artists:
Artist Handbook Terms and Conditions - Due April 19th
This form finalizes you spot in the Fringe Festival. By signing this document you agree to the rules and regulations in the Artist Handbook and state you have paid you production fees.
Program Info ForM - Due May 15th
Info from this form goes into the program as is so please read over carefully to avoid typos etc. $30 fee if completed after this due date.
Tech QuestionnairE - Due June 1st
This form is where you will indicate your needs pertaining to tech and scheduling. $30 fee if completed after this due date.
All members (cast & crew) of a performing group are REQUIRED to fill this form out. You will NOT be allowed to perform until these are filled out.
Share any social media names/pages/sites/links you would like and we'll promote them!
Artist Choice Award - Released on July 28th
Every company will be allotted one ballot to select their favorite shows and the winner will be announced at the closing night party on July 28th at the Lyric Cinema.
Artist/Company Payout Form - Due August 5th
This form must be completed and a W-9 must be submitted before you will receive your payment
Artist Fringe Survey - Released in August
This form will be emailed to you early August. This is where you get to tell us what we did well and what we can improve.
The following forms are required if necessary:
This form is required if you would like to change your CONTACT information (address, phone, etc).
Change of Show Information Form - uSe BY June 1st
This form must be used for any instance where you would like to change SHOW information (Show Name, Description, etc). No fee before May 15th. $30 fee if submitted between May 15th- June 1st. No changes after June 1st.
Please see Artist Handbook for refund policies. This form is required if you would like to withdraw from the 2019 Festival.

Billet Request Form- Due by June 1st
This form is for out of town artists to let Fringe know that they would like us to help them find a place to stay!
Sign up to be a part of Free Family Fringe on Saturday, July 27 on the Old Town Square stage to promote your show and give back to the Fort Collins community.
Use this form to give us links to your social media names/pages/sites so we can promote them.
